Sapo Moa. Savor the rich yet delicate flavors of braised local eel balanced with the earthy taste of shiitake mushrooms, served on a claypot with steamed rice on the side. Available at Café Sirih or through room service. Price: Rp 55.000++ /portion.

Ayam Rezeki. Enjoy a tenderly cooked half spring chicken stuffed with mixed mushrooms, coated with the herbal musk of lotus leaf, served with steamed rice and Tho Pancong Chilli. Available at Café Sirih or through room service. Rp 85.000++/ portion.

(2) Matsu Japanese Restaurant

Designed with the uniquely Zen inspired relaxing ambiance, Matsu Restaurant offers a delectable Japanese cuisine. Watch our sushi masters as they artfully prepare all kinds of sushi and sashimi at the Matsu’s Sushi Bar. Small groups have the choice to be in the restaurant’s Teppanyaki tables or in the privacy of Tatami rooms. Operating Hours: Lunch 11.30 am – 02.30 pm. Dinner 06.00 pm – 10.30 pm.
