Cantonese dishes that will surely amaze the diners and rejoice the beginning of
the New Lunar Year. Then, on 9 February join us for the annual Giant Yee Sang
Tossing ceremony in the lobby at 7pm. A symbol of prosperity, Yee Sang is a raw
fish salad with shredded fresh and pickled vegetables, plum sauce, garnished
with ground peanuts and sesame seeds. Don’t miss out on special performances of
Lion Dance and incredible martial arts afterwards.
