Keraton at The Plaza Director of Culinary, Lamberto Valdez Lara together with Godiva Chef Chocolatier Pacific Rim, Philippe Daue have created the most tantalizing chocolate-filled, chocolate-mixed and chocolate-infused delicacies using only the most premium chocolates from Godiva.

Chef Lamberto will enhance the High Tea collection at Keraton Lounge with his alluring Godiva -inspired delicacies. Be prepared to be surprised, titillated and thoroughly tantalized. “High Tea at Keraton Lounge will never be the same again,” asserts Chef Lamberto. “Keraton High Tea collection is now further enhanced with Godiva Allure. Today, we bring our High Tea experience at Keraton Lounge to a whole new level with the most alluring chocolate-inspired beverages served with style and panache.”

The stunning collection includes ‘Luxury High Tea’ featuring a chocolate box in various flavors, Godiva chocolate scone with clotted cream, assorted grilled nutella and Godiva chocolate sandwiches, and hot chocolate cocktail; ‘Tutty Fruity High Tea’ with its seasonal fruit flavor Godiva praline, chocolate covered strawberries, brie, caramelized pears, honey in multigrain bread, strawberry, mango, cream cheese, mini brioche, and tropical fruit smoothie with Godiva chocolate sauce; ‘Nutty High Tea’ presents a selection of Godiva praline nut, Almond Florentine, Godiva chocolate dip,  poached chicken breast, peanuts, basil, nut bread, nutty carrot sandwich, date nut bread and hot chocolate nut dust; and ‘Fragrance High Tea’ with Rose chocolate mousse, shooter glass, Godiva chocolate scones, vanilla clotted cream, sweet roasted bell pepper, hummus, and fruity brioche, chocolate ginger cookie sandwich and Godiva mint chocolate frappe.
