welcome Michelin-starred chef, Jerome Laurent, to Lyon restaurant from 10 to 12
November 2011.
Chef Jerome owns the now famous restaurant “Le Cilantro”,
stunningly located in Arles, southwest France. A bright talent who earned his Michelin star in 2007, Chef
Jerome presents healthy, modern Mediterranean-cum-Asian-influenced
cuisine. Revisiting traditional
recipes to create modern dishes, Chef Jerome has made “Le Cilantro”, a sought
after and extremely popular dining destination for both local and international
guests. An author’s choice in Lonely Planet Provence & the Côte d’Azur, “Le
Cilantro” also received a glowing review in The New York Times.
With cooking experience on every continent, Chef Jerome has
worked with many of the best chefs in the world, notably Alain Ducasse whose
restaurants in Paris, Monaco, London and New York each have three Michelin
stars.
When visiting Lyon, diners can savour award-winning dishes
including “Roasted Lobster with Mauve Flower-Flavored Broth, Salicorne Seaweed
and Celery-Braised Quinoa”; “Wagyu Beef with Aromatics and Purple Potato Purée,
Syrah Wine Jus”; and an extraordinary line of delicious desserts, such as
“Chocolate and Peanut Millefeuille with Sweet Pepper Ice-Cream”.

Enjoy Chef Jerome’s award-winning dishes on a two-course
menu priced at IDR 580,000++, a three-course menu priced at IDR 720,000++ or a
six-course degustation menu for IDR 1,300,000++. A special business lunch menu is priced at IDR 350,000++.
